Oh no! Jessica Simpson stepped out in New York last night in an unflattering coat
When it comes flattering outfits, she doesn't always get it right.
And singer Jessica Simpson struck out yet again last night as she stepped out in New York wearing a giant brown poncho.
The fur-trimmed coat completely swamped Jessica's frame and did little to compliment her curvy figure.
And the look was finished off by an oversized leopard-print handbag that was more New Jersey than New York.
But perhaps she was just tired after her holiday weekend activities.
The singer spent the Thanksgiving weekend in a New York hotel with fiance Eric Johnson and his family, after taking part in the Macy's parade on Thursday.
Happy couple: Jessica cooked fiancé Eric Johnson a vegan Thanksgiving dinner
And as Johnson is vegan, she even cooked several vegan dishes for the football sat alongside a regular traditional Thanksgiving dinner.
Jessica had an oven put into her hotel suite for the task, and took over some of the hotel kitchen too.
Despite the fact that the 30-year-old is a big meat eater, she was willing to compromise with her new fiancé.
Prowling around! Jessica's carried a huge leopard-print handbag
'After getting out of the NFL, [Eric] went to this healer and is very healthy,' she said. 'For Thanksgiving we have to make a Tofurkey!'
But it doesn't look like she will be converting to veganism any time soon.
She said: 'I'm from Texas – I'd fry a steak. We eat all casseroles and giblets!'

Seductive: Previously unseen pictures show Khloe Kardashian posing in a bathtub of sweets
They are more famous for walking the red carpet and being followed by the paparazzi than for much else.
So obviously the Kardashian sisters have working the camera down to an art form.
And judging by these previously unseen family photographs, it is something they learned from a young age.
Khloe Kardashian, 26, is seen in one picture reclining in a bathtub full of sweets, sucking seductively on a lollipop.
Despite showing off the raunchy picture, the reality star has spoken out against young girls feeling pressured to grow up too fast.
Appearing on talk show The View with her sisters to promote their new book Kardashian Konfidential, Khloe revealed how she lost her virginity at 14 to an older boyfriend.
Khloe, 26, opened up about losing her virginity at age 14 to her 18-year-old boyfriend, and how much she regrets it now.
'Looking back I think that's not a normal thing,' she admitted, saying she almost felt 'conned' by her older partner.
Sibling stars: Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian showed off childhood photos when they appeared on The View this morning
'Well, not conned, but persuaded, because he was older and I felt I wouldn't be accepted or cool or whatever,' she said.
'Then I do remember when I was done, I felt, after two months of secretly dating this guy, I felt so disgusted with myself,' she added.
'I stopped talking to him and actually didn’t have sex for three years after that because I knew I was young and I knew I wasn’t ready.'
'I felt so disgusted with myself,' Khloe said.
It's a Kardashian Khristmas! Kourtney, Kim, Robert and Khloe all pose for their holiday card
Say cheese! Kourtney, Khloe, Rob and Kim made a very cute little gang
'“Don’t let anyone pressure you, it’s not worth it and how I felt afterwards.'
She then admitted that perhaps she should have followed the guidance of her parents, mother Kris Jenner and father Robert Kardashian.
She said: 'I should have listened to my parents.'
Kourtney, Kim and Khloe have opened up in the autobiography about their lives, including about the pain of losing their father Robert in 2003.
Teenage dreams: Khloe, Rob, Kim and Kourtney pose with little Kendall and Kylie
So sweet: Khloe, Kourtney and Kim have always been close
The sisters and their brother Rob lost their father Robert seven years ago, when he died, aged 57 from throat cancer.
But, although he is gone he is obviously not forgotten, and Kim, Khloe and Kourtney still hold his memory dear to their hearts.
Long before his daughters became reality TV stars, Robert was the original famous Kardashian - renowned for his legal work and for being a key player in OJ Simpson's infamous murder trial.

Back in the day: Robert Kardashian, who died in 2003, is flanked by his three teenage daughters, Khloe, Kourtney and Kim in an old family snap
Robert's license to practice law had actually expired three years prior to Simpson's arrest following the murder of his estranged wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ron Goldman.
But he reactivated his license so he could serve as a volunteer assistant on Simpson's defence team, and sat by the ex-NFL player's side throughout the trial.
The two, who had been friends since meeting in 1970, were so close that Simpson actually stayed with the Kardashian family at their house following the murders.
Original star: Robert became a family name when he came out of retirement to volunteer as an assistant on his friend OJ Simpson's legal defence team
But it was clear that his daughters remember him for way more than his legal eagle defence skills.
The three girls appeared on the Today show this morning in New York as part of their promotional tour for their new autobiography, Kardashian Konfidential.
They shared their stories about their rise to fame with Today show host Matt Lauer and also shared some candid shots of the girls and their father from their family album.
Robert had divorced from the girls' mother, Kris in 1990 and went on to marry Ellen Pierson just months before he died in September 2003.
Family time! The Kardashians enjoy Thanksgiving at Bruce and Kris Jenner's house
But Robert remained close to his girls, and son, Robert Jr. and was an integral part of their lives as they grew up.
The girls showed off various pictures from happy times they spent with their father, including a group shot of the teenage girls grinning widely whilst playful Khloe pokes out her tongue.
There's also a picture of their proud father flanked by his two oldest daughters, Kourtney and Kim on a family skiing trip.
Lovely ladies: Kim poses with her grandmother as they partake in the Thanksgiving feast
And despite growing up in a privileged, wealthy family, thirty-year-old Kim told Lauer that their mother and father always raised them from a young age to appreciate the value of money.
In fact, Kim shared that when she borrowed money from her father he made her repay the amount with interest.
The three elaborated further on that in their autobiography.
'Our dad used to say, "Nothing in life is for free, you girls aren’t going to get just whatever you want." The girls wrote.
Little nephew: Kim poses with Kourtney and Scott's little son Mason
The family that eats together: Rob, Lamar, Kim and Khloe all pose for the camera
'So no credit cards. He did let us use his credit card but we still had to pay for our own stuff beyond the basics. Our parents wouldn’t foot the bill for Gucci shoes or designer clothes.
'If we wanted to do any serious shopping, we had to come up with the cash.
'Kim even went into debt with our dad once and had to pay him back plus interest. It was just a couple thousand dollars, but to us, that was a lot.
'And our mom and dad made it very clear that we would be totally cut off after we finished school. So we all learned early on if you want money, you have to earn it.'
Rich but not spoilt: Kourtney and Khloe revealed that their parents raised them from an early age to appreciate the value of money and work hard to earn it
Despite obviously missing their father, the Kardashians still enjoy a fun-filled Thanksgiving as a family.
Kim posted on Twitter about Thanksgiving and put up pictures of the extended family, including her step-father Bruce Jenner, half sisters Kendell and Kylie and Khloe's husband Lamar Odom.
She says: 'Here are some pics from Thanksgiving at my mom and Bruce's house! I am so thankful for my amazing family! We had a great time.
New venture: The sisters appeared on the Today Show in New York this morning to promote their autobiography, Kardashian Konfidential
'I'm so glad Lamar was able to take a break from his hectic basketball schedule to join us. Even Gunnar came! He is my trainer and a good family friend, so it kind of made me feel bad for eating so much! LOL.
'How cute does my grandma MJ look? As you can see, Mason was not really feeling me that day, LOL.
'Another amazing Thanksgiving with my wonderful family. I hope you all had a relaxing and enjoyable Thanksgiving! I'm so thankful for you all.'

Distraction: David Beckham was all smiles as he enjoyed dinner at C London with comedian James Corden
When the drama is unfolding around them, the first thing many men do is head out on a boys night.
And that is exactly what David Beckham did last night.
The footballer enjoyed dinner and drinks at the pub with friends including James Corden, as it emerged he is facing fresh claims about his private life.
New allegations about the 35-year-old were made by the publishers of a magazine he is suing for ‘fabricating’ a story, published in September, saying he slept with a prostitute.
Several U.S. websites say In Touch Weekly’s German publishing company Bauer used the privilege of court to make the allegations which included supposed late-night trysts with an unnamed LA-based lingerie saleswoman.
But Beckham shrugged off the allegations, which have been branded 'completely without evidence,' to catch up with the Gavin & Stacey star over a meal at upmarket restaurant C London.
New drama: The boys night comes as Beckham faces fresh allegations in court about his private life by US magazine In Touch Weekly
Dressed casually in jeans and a denim shirt, the LA Galaxy player appeared to be in great spirits despite the controversy surrounding him.
Tucked away at a corner table, David laughed and joked with 32-year-old Corden, whom he has been friends with since starring together in a series of Comic and Sport Relief skits.
With wife Victoria and their three children far away at their home in Los Angles, David was free to stay out late, and he and James headed for a few drinks at Guy Ritchie's pub the Punch Bowl after dinner.
Buddies: The pair are good friends after working together on skits for Sports and Comic Relief in the last year
The A-listers may have had to fight for the top table, as the pub's owner had also stopped by with his girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley last night.
Corden will undoubtedly be asking his friend for advice on fatherhood, as he is set to welcome his first child with girlfriend Julia Carey.
The boys night would have been a welcome distraction for Beckham as the ongoing headache of his lawsuit against In Touch Weekly worsens.
Where to next? David (left) and James continued the night at Guy Ritchie's pub the Punch Bowl
A few cold ones: Beckham visited the Punch Bowl pub, were owner Guy Ritchie was also drinking
The legal documents containing the claims by Bauer were filed in the U.S. in response to a writ issued by the former England captain, who is suing the magazine for £16million for saying he slept with 26-year-old Bosnian Imra Nici.
But those close to the star say there is no truth to the allegations. ‘This is a smokescreen and it is not going to hold up in court,’ the source said.
‘He is not backing down – he plans to go full throttle in this matter.’
The source added: ‘This posturing, with no evidence and no facts, isn’t going to stall the inevitable.’
Ambassador: Beckham was shown round the Olympic stadium yesterday by Chair of the London 2012 Organising Committee Lord Coe
The past few months have seen the Beckham family face one scandal after another.
Just a month after they were left reeling by the story in In Touch Weekly, David was named in the bitter divorce of their 'acquaintances' Kambiz and Shery Shabani.
Mr Shabani, a 42-year-old lawyer accused his estranged wife of having an affair with Beckham, but the claims were quickly rubbished by both Shery, a jewellery designer, and the Beckhams' lawyers.
A spokesman for Beckham told the Daily Mail at the time: ‘As with another recent story, this is another tale full of fantasy.’
Bromance: David and James filmed a hilarious skit for Sport Relief earlier this year
The ongoing headaches for the family come after a few relatively scandal-free years following the sensational allegations in 2004 that Beckham had an affair with his former PA Rebecca Loos.
Though he branded the claims 'ludicrous' at the time, the story threatened to damage the Beckham brand and left Victoria, 36, devastated.
She said in an interview with W magazine in 2007: 'I'm not going to lie. It was a really tough time.'
'It was hard for our entire families. But I realised a lot of people have a price. David and I got through it together. No one said marriage was going to be easy.'

Meanwhile, Coleen and Wayne Rooney, 25, are said to be discussing a trial separation, as the couple are still struggling to overcome the footballer's cheating scandal.
Reports of Wayne's alleged prostitute scandal came out in September, claiming that the Manchester United star paid Jennifer Thompson £1,200 a night for sex, and took part in a threesome with her friend Helen Wood while Coleen was pregnant with their son Kai.
Coleen, 24, has tried to put the devastating time behind her but a source told Closer magazine that she's now contemplating the idea of a temporary separation in January to help their marriage.
'Coleen is mulling over the idea of herself and Wayne taking time apart in the new year. She says it's not working as it is at the moment - the trust is not being rebuilt.
'She's desperate as they're running out of options to fix it. They've tried counselling, they've tried a holiday away and now they're looking at Wayne moving out temporarily and living apart for a while', the source said.
The source added that their separation may only be for a few weeks, as Coleen doesn't want to disrupt their one-year-old son's life.

Beckham, who last week was in Australia where his team lost to the Newcastle Jets, is back in Europe taking part in England's bid to host the 2018 World Cup.
Today he will fly with Prime Minister David Cameron and Prince William to Zurich in a final attempt to persuade delegates to vote for England's package.
Yesterday he was given a tour of the Olympic Stadium by Chair of the London 2012 Organising Committee Lord Coe.
Beckham said yesterday that he was confident of England's chances, despite the country's bid being threatened by a damaging episode of Panorama.
The BBC's programme last night claimed that three FIFA executives took bribes in a $100 million (£64 million) scandal.
The allegations - screened three days before the destination for the tournament in 2018 is decided - were threatening to wreck England's chances.

Bye bye: Cheryl Cole will join Simon Cowell on the U.S. X Factor
One of her acts was sent home this weekend, but it seems Cheryl Cole still has something to celebrate.
The 27-year-old has discovered that she’s landed a place on the judging panel of the U.S. version of the X Factor, according to a source, in a deal worth up to £3million.
An insider had already suggested that Cole was a ‘good bet’ to join Simon Cowell on the show next year.
But on Saturday night, Mrs Cole was officially offered the job, the source said, only a week after executives from U.S. television network Fox flew in to watch the ITV talent show – and the judge – in action.
Cowell, 51, last week revealed that he planned to announce the judges for the U.S. version in December.
The multi-millionaire said: ‘I’m going to make an announcement within three or four weeks, which is going to tell everyone everything. There will be some surprises.’
He then revealed: ‘OK, one of the judges has quite long hair.’
Singer Nicole Scherzinger, who performed her new single Poison on Sunday night’s show, is also a favourite to join the judging panel after a successful stint standing in for Dannii Minogue at the auditions this summer.
Cheryl with her category on Sunday's results show: She joined the show two years ago
Mrs Cole is said to be keen to launch her music career in the U.S. and flew to meet record bosses at Universal earlier this month. They want to release her second solo album, Messy Little Raindrops, there next year.
Cowell helped the singer make the move away from her pop band Girls Aloud when he handed her the X Factor role two years ago.
Since then she has launched a successful solo music career – and increased her fame.
Mrs Cole, who has an estimated £10million fortune, will earn £1.5million for this series of the X Factor – but will make up to twice as much from her U.S. television deal, as the budget for the show is considerably larger.
She is already accustomed to the U.S. lifestyle, having spent weeks in Los Angeles working on her music and spending time with her close friend Derek Hough as she recovered from malaria.
The new look American Idol line-up: Judges Steven Tyler, Jennifer Lopez and Randy Jackson. Cowell is hoping trounce the show with the US version of X Factor
She was in California as her divorce from her footballer husband Ashley Cole was finalised in October.
Friends of Mrs Cole said she was planning to make this series of the British X Factor her last in a bid to focus on breaking America.
However, she may not have to quit the UK version for the U.S. show as it is still not confirmed when, or if, the X Factor will return to UK screens next year.
A show source said: ‘When Cheryl goes to America she will also launch her music career there too.
Big move: Cheryl's relationship with dancer Derek Hough could also be a plus for her to move to the US
‘It’s the next part of her big plan, she’s an incredibly hard worker and she will definitely get a boost by appearing on the X Factor, which is set to be a sure-fire hit.’
Cowell quit American Idol this year to focus on the launch of X Factor USA.
When the British show finishes next month, Cowell will take a holiday and then start work in the U.S.
A source said: ‘This is everything to Cowell, he has to make sure it’s right.’
An X Factor spokesman said: ‘No decision has been made yet.’

Early hours snow: A north-west London street at 1:30am this morning
Dozens of cancellations and severe delays at London City Airport
AA responds to 20,000 calls on Monday with similar number expected today
Temperatures in north-west Highlands fall to -15C
Snow showers swept across almost all of Britain today as bitter easterly winds continued to bring Arctic conditions to the country and risked chaos for road, rail and air passengers.
Almost every corner of the UK woke up to between 0.8in (2cm) and 4in (10cm) of snow this morning, with the east coast worst hit by flurries and sub-zero temperatures.
The AA responded to more than 20,000 breakdowns yesterday, but warned today could rival it, while air and rail travellers also face disruption to their journeys.

Feeling the chill: The village of Edlington near Alnwick, Northumberland
Though Edinburgh Airport reopened after an overnight closure, London City Airport was reporting cancellations and severe delays.
Britain's railways were also affected by the severe weather conditions, with some services not operating and others facing long delays.
Kent commuters were badly hit, as buses replaced rail service between Ramsgate and Dover via Deal, as well as on the Tonbrige-Tunbridge Wells route.
Fancy a dip? Residents walked along Tynemouth beach in North Shields as more snow fell overnight
With most of Britain waking up to a chilly morning, the cold blast from the North Sea was expected to continue to batter eastern areas throughout the day, even bringing snow to London and the South East.
Severe weather warnings were issued by the Met Office for almost all regions with London, the South East, the East of England, the East Midlands, the West Midlands, Yorkshire and Humber, the North East, North West and Wales all on alert for heavy snow well into the morning.
Grampian, Strathclyde, Tayside and Fife, south-west Scotland, Lothian and Northern Ireland were all warned to expect widespread icy roads.
Snow ploughs try to clear part of the runway at Edinburgh airport yesterday. Britain's big chill is set to intensify and spread this week with stronger winds, severe frosts and more heavy snow, forecasters said
Slowly does it: Cars drive on snow-covered roads in Newcastle
Temperatures in the north-west Highlands dropped to minus 15C (5F) last night, with the Met Office warning the mercury will barely rise above 0C (32F) for the rest of the day.
Met Office forecaster Tom Morgan said: 'Overnight, we’ve had some outbreaks of snow and a lot of the country has seen some snow showers with accumulations of 2.5cm (1in) in the South East and East of England.
'Temperatures today are going to be very cold and we’re looking at 1C (33.8F) to 2C (35.6F) with a very strong north-easterly wind.
Dig deep: A man shovels snow off his car in Newcastle
A church spire and trees are covered by heavy snowfall in Gateshead
'In towns or cities, we’re looking at minus 2C (28.4F) to minus 4C (24.8F) tonight, dropping to minus 6C (21.2F) or minus 8C (17.6F) in less sheltered parts.'
Mr Morgan added: 'The worst-affected areas will be eastern parts of the country and perhaps Kent and Essex and the North East.
'In terms of this week, the cold spell is going to continue but will be less widespread as we go through the week.'
The A1 in Newcastle this morning, which was temporarily closed between Berwick and Edinburgh as heavy snowfall continued to cause travel chaos
Yesterday, thousands of motorists were hit by one of the worst days on Britain’s roads, flights were cancelled and hundreds of schools were forced to close.
An AA spokesman warned motorists to prepare for the worst on the roads today due to the increased likelihood of breakdowns or disruptions.
‘I think there is that mindset where people think, “It is not going to happen to me, I am not going to get stuck”,' he said.
‘They forget that if there is a breakdown or an accident they have to get to a place of safety.
‘We have had call-outs to a lot of shunts where people slide into the car in front of them. It is really vitally important that people wrap up warm,’ he added.
Edinburgh Airport reopened this morning after closing at 6.15pm last night but a number of flights arriving and departing from the snow-stricken transport hub faced disruption.
With snow spreading to the London suburbs for the first time during this cold spell, services on London Overground between London and Watford Junction in Hertfordshire were delayed.
Sweeping up: A man clears the snow from the footpath beside a beggar on Harcourt street, in Dublin, Ireland
The bad conditions also led to disruption to all East Coast Main Line services, particularly in Scotland and the North of England.
The East Coast train company had to introduce a revised timetable which included an hourly service between Edinburgh and London and reduced London-Leeds and reduced London to Newcastle-upon-Tyne services.
A number of ScotRail services were unable to run including Dalmuir to Springburn, Dalmuir to Larkhall, Motherwell to Cumbernauld and Edinburgh to Dunbar.
On the roads, a series of accidents on main roads led to road closures.
Part of the A66 in Cumbria was shut as was a section of the A57 in Greater Manchester and part of the A49 in Shropshire.
The cold snap is expected to last until at least the end of the week, with overnight temperatures in parts of Scotland likely to plunge to minus 20c before Saturday.
The coldest overnight temperature in the UK was minus 16c, recorded in Altnaharra in northern Scotland.
The UK’s lowest recorded temperature in November was minus 23.3C at Braemar, in the Highlands, on November 14, 1919.
